Note: Items—whether opened or unopened—are eligible for return or exchange requests (subject to meeting the above criteria).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in complete, intact condition.
Damage caused by human error or improper use is not eligible for return.

II. Return Request Process
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number and a description of the issue.
Customer Service will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a return.
Return the item to us according to the provided instructions.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

III. Refund Processing Timeline
Return Review Period: 1–3 business days.
Item Inspection Period (after receipt): 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing Period: Within 5–10 business days after confirmation, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.

IV. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to the same product model (varying only in size or color).
If the item is out of stock, a refund or an alternative solution will be offered.
Replacement items will be shipped out only after the original returned item has been received and confirmed.

V. Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from product defects or shipping errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item), our company will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
